Day 1 -Start of tour in Rome -Venice

Welcome to Rome! After meeting up with your tour leader and group it’s time to hit the road. Sit back and enjoy the scenery on the journey from Rome to Venice! Arrive in the “Floating City” and join your tour leader for an orientation walk. Enjoy a scoop of local gelato and see the iconic St. Mark’s Square, Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge. The evening is yours to enjoy authentic Italian delights, with hundreds of fantastic local restaurants and bars to choose from. Why not explore Venice the traditional way – from the canals? Choose to join a gondola or water taxi optional excursion to see Venice from a completely different perspective!

Day 2 - Innsbruck-Munich-Bavaria

Arrivederci for now, Italy! Look forward to some stunning scenery as the tour heads north towards Germany. Enjoy the views while crossing the dramatic Brenner Pass into Innsbruck, Austria. Arrive and enjoy an orientation tour of this city and marvel at the incredible mountain backdrop with time to visit the famous Swarovski store. Next, travel onwards to Munich. Get to know the capital of Bavaria on an orientation tour. Munich was largely rebuilt after WW2 and boasts a fascinating ancient and modern history. The city also hosts the famous Oktoberfest! For a taste of authentic beer culture, enjoy dinner in a traditional beer hall and say prost! with a local pint!

Day 3 - Bavaria - Rhine Valley

Look forward to more German adventures today and travel towards the majestic Rhine River. Once in the Rhine Valley, set sail on a Rhine riverboat and cruise towards the accommodation for the night. Admire the views while the boat sails past the beautiful scenery. This picturesque region boasts the most concentrated stretch of castles in all of Europe! It’s also home to quaint villages, rolling hills and vineyards.Once the cruise is over, visit a local wine merchant for an included wine tasting. Learn more about the local varietals and, if the harvest has been good, try eiswein (ice wine). This dessert wine is produced in very small quantities as it can only be harvested in below freezing temperatures!

Day 4 -Rhine Valley -Amsterdam

Auf wiedersehen Germany! The tour continues to the Netherlands this morning. In the Dutch countryside, discover three of the most iconic Dutch products – cheese, clogs and windmills! Stop at the famous Riekermolen windmill for some memorable photos. Then, enjoy an entertaining cheese and clog-making display! Later, check into the hotel in Amsterdam. Then, head to the centre of Amsterdam for a twilight canal cruise. Admire this vibrant city and its unique architecture and landmarks from the water. An audio guide will explain these sights in more detail. Afterwards, enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. The rest of the evening is free to explore the city to your heart’s content.

Day 5 - Amsterdam - Ghent - Paris

Bid vaarwel to the Netherlands and travel to the stunning Belgian city of Ghent. This port city is renowned for its well-preserved medieval architecture and gorgeous pedestrianised city centre. While here, be sure to try an authentic Belgian waffle and grab some Belgian chocolate to take home! Then, it’s time to head to Paris, the ‘City of Lights’! Arrive and enjoy a driving tour showcasing some of the French capital’s top attractions and landmarks. See the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and more! After ticking off some bucket-list sights, enjoy an included group dinner in the city.

Day 6 - Paris : Free day

Enjoy a full free day to explore the French capital! Explore on your own or join a full day of exploration in Paris! The Paris Like Locals excursion includes many quintessential Parisian experiences including a macaron tasting, visits to a famous parfumerie, Galeries Lafayette, the Latin Quarter and much more! In the evening, why not experience the gorgeous Montmartre neighbourhood, home to the famous Moulin Rouge, or watch an exciting cabaret show? These optional excursions are sure to be unforgettable!

Day 7 - Paris - Burgundy - Swiss Alps

Say au revoir to Paris and see a different side to France with a stop in Burgundy, a stunning winemaking region. Enjoy free time for lunch before hopping back on the coach for a scenic drive across the border into Switzerland. Travel into the breathtaking Swiss Alps and look forward to two nights of being surrounded by spectacular natural beauty. Day 8 - Swiss Alps - Free Day

Today offers a full day to experience the wonders of the Swiss Alps! Why not take this opportunity to experience one of Expat Explore’s highest-rated optional excursions? The journey to Jungfraujoch, the highest train station in all of Europe, is one not to be missed! Admire incredible views on the train or gondola ride to the top. Admire the crystal clear waters of the lake as well as the surrounding mountains and villages. Afterwards, travel to tonight’s accommodation in Montecatini Terme, a beautiful Tuscan spa town. Tonight, choose to explore this town further and enjoy a delicious Tuscan dinner with the Evening in Montecatini optional excursion.

Day 10 - Tuscany - Pisa - Florence - Rome

After breakfast, head to one of the most iconic sights in Italy – the Leaning Tower of Pisa! Snap some fun pictures at this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Then, Florence, “the Jewel of the Renaissance”, awaits! Arrive and embark on a walking tour of the city with a local guide. Discover the fascinating history and see top sights including the Ponte Vecchio and the replica statue of David! Then, visit a local leather and gold shop and admire the work of expert local craftsmen. Afterwards, enjoy some free time to explore further or choose to sample local cuisine with an optional family-style Tuscan lunch. Later, head back to Rome. Day 11 - Rome : Free Day

Explore the “Eternal City” to your heart’s content today! Don’t know where to start? Join one of the optional excursions on offer. Conquer the Capital with your tour leader to see the city’s most iconic sights, including the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, and enjoy an authentic Italian pasta lunch. Another excellent optional experience is a guided tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum, where gladiators and emperors once walked centuries ago! Alternatively, spend the day wandering the city on your own. Grab a gelato, do some shopping or simply soak up the buzzing atmosphere of Italy’s capital city.

Day 1 -London - paris

Welcome to Expat Explore’s Europe Taster tour! Leaving London behind, travel to Paris, crossing the English Channel on the way. Upon arriving in the ‘City of Lights’, enjoy a driving tour of the French capital. Get your cameras ready – you’ll be seeing some of the city’s most treasured landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe! After the driving tour, enjoy a welcome dinner at a restaurant in Paris. Afterwards, travel back to the hotel and get some rest before exploring the city further on the free day tomorrow!

Day 2 - Paris - Free Day

Enjoy a free day to explore Paris however you wish! Join the Paris+ optional excursion to enjoy some classic Parisian experiences. Leave Paris behind and travel to Burgundy. Here, enjoy free time for lunch and get a taste of the French wine country! After lunch, sit back and enjoy the drive to the border as the tour makes its way to Switzerland and enjoy a scenic drive through the Swiss Alps. Welcome to your home for the next two days in the Swiss Alps! The Jungfrau Region is a World Heritage Site that is home to Europe’s largest glacier. Enjoy an included dinner with the group tonight.

Day 4 -Swiss Alps :Free Day

The splendour of the Alps is yours to explore today – don’t miss the chance to join the optional excursion up to Jungfraujoch, the highest train station in Europe! The trip to the top is a real highlight! Look out for quaint villages nestled in the valleys beneath snow-capped peaks and tumbling mountain waterfalls. Arrive at the top and enjoy the year-round snow and breathtaking views of the surrounding glaciers and craggy mountaintops. Be sure to capture as many photos as possible before it’s time to head back down to lower altitudes for the rest of the afternoon. Tonight, choose to enjoy a quintessential Swiss experience with a fondue dinner optional.

Day 5 - Swiss Alps - Rhine Valley

This morning, the tour travels to Germany’s famous Rhine Valley! Depart Switzerland and cross the border into Germany – look forward to more scenic views along the way. Arrive and board a Rhine riverboat to travel from St Goar to Boppard. See a different side to the beautiful Rhine Valley during a cruise with views of the most concentrated stretch of castles in all of Europe! The scenery also features vineyards, charming medieval towns and lofty cliffs. Disembark and visit a local wine merchant for an included wine tasting – if the harvest has been good, you may even get to try eiswein (ice wine), a very sweet dessert wine that is produced in very small quantities as it can only be harvested when the temperature drops below freezing.

Day 6 - Rhine Valley- Amsterdam

Wave farewell to the Rhine Valley and Germany as the tour continues to the Netherlands today. Cross the border into a brand new country and enjoy free time for a lunch stop along the way. Snap photos at the historic Riekermolen Windmill before learning about how traditional Dutch cheese and clogs are made. Next up, Amsterdam is calling! Arrive in the Dutch capital city and enjoy free time before embarking on a cruise through Amsterdam’s iconic canals – be sure to have your cameras ready! Day 7- Amsterdam - Bruges - London

After breakfast, bid farewell to Amsterdam and get ready to travel back to London via Belgium. Today, the tour will make a stop in Bruges – a gorgeous Belgian city home to beautifully-preserved medieval architecture. With no shortage of cobblestone streets, historic old churches and lofty towers, this is a great city to explore and a good spot to pick up any last-minute souvenirs during free time. After free time to explore, it’s back to the coach for the final leg of the journey back to London.

Day 1 -Start of tour in Amsterdam

Welcome to Amsterdam! Meet your tour leader and tour group at the hotel this morning. Then, it’s time for today’s first stop – a local farm where you’ll find out how Dutch cheese and clogs are crafted! Afterwards, choose to continue the Dutch countryside adventures on today’s optional excursion or enjoy a free afternoon. This evening, explore the heart of Amsterdam onboard a canal cruise. This is the best way to be introduced to Amsterdam; a city filled with beautiful 17th century architecture and a unique charm! After the cruise, enjoy a welcome dinner with the group at a local restaurant. The rest of the night is free, this is your chance to explore more of the city! Head to Dam Square or even visit Amsterdam’s iconic Red Light District!

Day 2 - Amsterdam - Rhine Velley

Wave farewell to the Netherlands and travel to the Rhine Valley, one of the most picturesque regions of Germany. Arrive in Boppard where the group will enjoy a Rhine Valley wine tasting. Next, board a Rhine Valley riverboat, and cruise the Rhine River. This stretch of river is home to the highest concentration of medieval castles in all of Europe, making for a memorable trip complete with vineyards, lofty cliffs and medieval German towns! Afterwards, visit a local artisan to see how German beer steins and cuckoo clocks are made. After an adventure-filled day, head to the hotel in the Rhine Valley, and enjoy dinner with the group tonight.

Day 3 - Uim - Innsbruck

It’s time to head off to Innsbruck in Austria, with a stop in Ulm. This historic German city is famous not only as the birthplace of Albert Einstein, but also for having the tallest church steeple in the world! Afterwards, travel onwards to Innsbruck. This Austrian city is one of the few places in the world that has something for everyone! From extreme sports (thanks to the close proximity of the soaring Nordkette Alps) and fascinating historical heritage (courtesy of the legacy of the Habsburgs), to vibrant modern attractions. Embark on an orientation tour of the city followed by free time to explore the city further, at your own pace. This evening, choose to join the optional Tyrol folk evening and dinner; a great taste of Austrian culture!

Day 4 -Innsbruck - Verona - Venice

Leaving Innsbruck behind, journey onward to the enchanting city of Venice! Visit Verona along the way; the setting for the most famous love story of all time, Romeo and Juliet! Next up, arrive in Venice. This floating city is home to timeless waterways and artistic masterpieces – this is a city that will capture your heart and imagination. Start the stay in Venice with an orientation tour traversing the beautiful, narrow alleyways, where you will see sights like St. Mark’s Square, and the famous Rialto Bridge. The evening is yours to explore this unforgettable city. If you wish to take part in a true Venetian experience, enjoy a traditional gondola ride along the canals, as well as a water taxi trip across the lagoon.

Day 5 - Venice - Lucerne

Head back into Alpine territory today and travel on to Lucerne. Renowned as one of Switzerland’s most beautiful cities, this is one place you’ll definitely want to have your camera at the ready! All the ingredients for the quintessentially picturesque Swiss experience are here; a cobalt lake and well-preserved old town complete with waterfront promenades, covered bridges and perfect plazas are surrounded by the natural skyscrapers of the Swiss Alps. Take to the water to enjoy the views on the optional Lake Lucerne cruise. After a short orientation tour with your tour leader, enjoy free time to explore at your leisure, before jumping back on the coach, and continuing to the hotel. Look forward to an included dinner tonight.

Day 6 - Lucerne - Burgundy

Take some free time to explore Lucerne this morning. Enjoy a unique Alpine experience by joining the Mount Pilatus excursion; take either the panoramic cable car or the world’s steepest cogwheel railway to the top, and admire the Alpine views along the way. Next up, France is calling! Travel into Burgundy; famous for its great food and wine. Arrive in Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, and enjoy an orientation tour of the city. Dijon is a great place to soak up history, with excellent museums and fabulous Renaissance architecture helping to make this one of the most memorable parts of the entire tour! Not forgetting that it is a centre for delicious food and French wine! Enjoy a group dinner after the orientation tour.

Welcome to Rome; the start of this Western Adventure! Arrive in Rome, check into the hotel, and meet up with the rest of the tour group. Later, a local Roman guide will introduce you to the locations which make this city so beloved and famous, on an evening walking tour of the city. Enjoy another free day to explore Italy’s capital city. Today, you have the opportunity to join your tour leader on an optional excursion to Pompeii. Step back in time and explore the ancient city of Pompeii which is one of Europe’s most famous archeological sites! Nearby Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD, destroying the town, and burying it in metres of ash. However, thanks to this ash and pumice, Pompeii has been preserved for nearly 2,000 years! Alternatively, stay in the city and see any top sights you may have missed, and revisit your favourite spots! The Italians believe in taking it easy, so why not relax at a trattoria with a tasty meal, a coffee and some good conversation this evening?

Day 4 -Florence- Tuscany

This morning, travel through the Tuscan countryside, and marvel at the magical landscapes along the way. Florence is the next stop. Arrive in the Tuscan capital, and set off on a fascinating city tour with a local guide. See some of the city’s most iconic attractions, including the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and Ponte Vecchio. After the tour, find out more about Italian leather at a local leather shop. Explore more of the city during free time. You can also join an optional Taste of Tuscany experience. After getting your fix of Florence, it’s time to travel into the Tuscan countryside where the hotel is located.

Day 5 -Pisa- Eze-Monaco - Nice

Before saying bonjour to France, make a stop at one of the most iconic landmarks of Italy – the Leaning Tower of Pisa; A UNESCO World Heritage Site. Along with its cathedral, cemetery and baptistry, this 56m, 840-year-old bell tower draws millions of visitors worldwide, namely for one thing; to have their picture taken with the tower! This afternoon, take a trip to world-famous Monaco – the playground of the rich and famous! En route to visit the microstate, pay a visit to a local French perfumery. Arrive in Monaco and visit some of the top spots including the Prince’s Palace and the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo. This evening, travel to Nice and settle into the hotel for the evening.

Enjoy free time in the French Riviera today. This is the playground for the rich and famous – keep your eyes open for celebrities and stars whilst enjoying the sights! This morning, set off on an orientation tour of Nice with your tour leader. This is the capital of the French Riviera and one of the area’s most dazzling cities! The rest of the day is free to explore as you wish. With its lively  Promenade des Anglais, charming old town and beautiful beaches, you will be spoilt for choice when deciding what to do in Nice!

Day 7 - Arles -Barcelona

Enjoy the last few views of the French Riviera before hitting the road to Barcelona! En route, stop in Arles; famous for its historical buildings and links to such artists as Van Gogh. Next, it’s time to travel on to the capital of Catalonia. Arrive in Barcelona, and enjoy a driving tour of this cosmopolitan Spanish city. See highlights including the magnificent Sagrada Familia and Las Ramblas. Keep note of the places to visit on the free day tomorrow! The hotel for the next few nights is located just outside of Barcelona, in the historic town of Sant Cugat. Arrive, check in, and enjoy an included dinner with the group tonight.

Experience Barcelona at your own pace today! Make the most of your time in this vibrant city. Continue to explore the historical and cultural centres, indulge in some high-end shopping and retail therapy, and much more! Football fans can use the extra day to visit Barcelona FC’s stadium. Why not take advantage of the beaches or cruise up the coast for a truly unique perspective of the city? Spend some time in the peaceful green areas of the city – Park Güell boasts unbeatable views across Barcelona. This magnificent city is full of things to do. For something off the beaten track, join your tour leader for an optional excursion to Montserrat; a monastery in the mountains north of Barcelona!

Day 9 -Barcelona Free Day

Hola! Enjoy another free day in Barcelona. There are countless things to do from sightseeing and shopping to simply relaxing. Stay in the city and seek out more of Gaudí’s fantastical architectural creations. Stroll down Las Ramblas and enjoy the market stalls, cafés, restaurants and street entertainers. A great way to see it all is on the Highlights of Barcelona optional excursion – visit Palau Güell, La Boqueria market, the Gothic Quarter and the magnificent Sagrada Família! Tonight is the perfect time for a real taste of Spanish culture – join the optional Flamenco show and dinner this evening. The dance of passion is performed with style, flair and energy and is an authentic experience not to be missed.

Day 10 -Pont Du Gard - Avignon

Adios, Barcelona! Travel back across the border into France, and continue through the French countryside. Enjoy stops at Sète on the coast and the 2,000 year old Pont du Gard, built by the ancient Romans in the first century AD! The final stop of the day will be in Avignon; also known affectionately as ‘The City of Popes’. It is an amazingly preserved, fortified city commune with a long history, stunning architecture and religious significance. Enjoy an orientation walking tour of Avignon, which will show you the Papal Palace as well as other significant structures, and, after an included group dinner, your evening is free to explore as you wish.

Day 11- Geneva - Swiss Alps

Travel towards the magnificent Swiss Alps today! First stop of the day is Geneva; home of the United Nations and Red Cross headquarters. After some free time for lunch, travel onwards to the spectacular Swiss Alpine region, and fill your lungs with the fresh mountain air. Marvel at the beautiful views on a stunning mountain drive while meandering past rugged mountain faces, forests and Alpine lakes. Arrive in the Swiss mountain village, check into the hotel, and relax with a sunset view of the mountain peaks. After a hearty, included dinner, feel free to stroll the streets or get some rest, and be ready for a day filled with Swiss adventures tomorrow!

Day 12- Swiss Alps - Free Day

Today is all about Swiss bliss! Travel to the top of Europe on the Jungfraujoch: Journey to the Top of Europe optional experience. Travel by train or cable car to Jungfraujoch and enjoy the incredible scenery and year-round snow! Enjoy plenty of time to enjoy the views and make sure to snap lots of photographs. Alternatively, for those choosing to spend their free day at lower altitudes, exploring a local village offers great insight into the Swiss way of life. Why not head to Lucerne which is a short train ride away to see the sights, pick up some Swiss souvenirs, or simply enjoy strolling through the streets? Choose to complete the day with a hearty fondue dinner.

Day 13- Vaduz - Munich -Bavaria

So long, Switzerland! Savour the last of the Alpine views as the tour heads to Germany. Enjoy a stop for lunch in Vaduz; the capital of Liechtenstein. Eat, shop and see Vaduz Castle, the official residence of the Prince of Liechtenstein which overlooks the city. Afterwards, it’s time to travel on to Munich; the capital of Bavaria, and home of Oktoberfest! Arrive, and head off on an orientation tour of the city. Tuck into an included group dinner tonight, and enjoy a local beer… Prost! At the end of an adventure-filled day, continue on to the hotel in Bavaria for the night.

Day 14 - Bavaria - Rhine Valley

Travel to Germany’s famous Rhine Valley this morning. Arrive, hop aboard a riverboat, and cruise along the Rhine River. Views abound as this area is home to the most concentrated stretch of castles in all of Europe! The banks are also dotted with vineyards, medieval towns, and lofty cliffs. Once the cruise is over, visit a local wine merchant for an included wine tasting. If the harvest has been good, you may even get to try eiswein (ice wine); a very sweet dessert wine that is produced in very small quantities as it can only be harvested when the temperature drops below freezing. Enjoy an included dinner with the group tonight.

Day 15 -Luxembourg - Paris

It’s auf wiedersehen to Germany, and bonjour once more to France today! Heading back towards Paris, enjoy a stop in one of Europe’s smallest countries; Luxembourg. Arrive in Paris, and enjoy a driving tour of the French capital. Get your cameras ready – you’ll be seeing some of the city’s most treasured landmarks, including the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe! After the driving tour, head to a restaurant in the city to enjoy a dinner with the group. After a delicious French dinner, travel back to the hotel, get some rest, and be ready to explore the city further on the free day tomorrow!

Savour this free day in this city famous for its culture, cuisine, fashion and art! Day 1 -Start of tour in Amsterdam

Welcome to Amsterdam and the start of the Europe Jewel tour! Meet up with your tour leader this morning and start the adventure with a visit to a cheese farm for a demonstration on the traditional ways of making cheese and clogs. Next, enjoy some free time for lunch in the lakeside town of Volendam. Then it’s time to head to Zaanse Schans, known for its historic windmills and wooden houses. After arriving back in Amsterdam later, enjoy a complimentary Amsterdam canal cruise. This is one of the best ways to be introduced to Amsterdam! End the first day with a delicious group dinner.

Day 2 - Amsterdam - Rhine Valley

Continuing on to the picturesque Rhine Valley in Germany. Arrive and visit a local wine merchant for an included wine tasting. If the weather has been good during the harvest season, you may even get to try eiswein (ice wine)! It is a very sweet dessert wine that can only be harvested when the temperature drops below freezing. Next, board a riverboat and sail from Boppard to St Goar. With the highest concentration of medieval castles in all of Europe dotted along the riverbanks, this will be a boat cruise to remember!

Day 3 - Nuremberg - Prague

Today the tour travels to Prague! First, enjoy a visit to the Bavarian city of Nuremberg. Heavily bombed during WW2, Nuremberg was rebuilt, and today has been returned to some of its former glory. Later, arrive in Prague and get to know the city on a walking tour with a local guide. Prague is a beautiful city known for its art and architecture. This destination will keep your camera clicking! The quirky bars and cobbled lanes add to the city’s European charm. Prague is also known for its brilliant beer and abundance of art. Taste some authentic Czech cuisine at tonight’s group dinner. Na zdraví as they say in Czech!

Day 4 - Prague : Free Day

Explore more of this beautiful European city on today’s free day in Prague. Often described as the jewel in the crown of Central Europe, you’ll find this city is just as engaging as Barcelona, London or Amsterdam and is just as beautiful as Paris! Join the Prague+ optional to discover more about the intriguing history and magnificent sights in the city. See the dramatic story of Prague reflected in the beauty of its churchs, opera houses, concert halls and Prague Castle. Tonight, experience traditional Czech culture during an optional evening excursion filled with great food, music and dancing!

Day 5 - Bratislava - Vienna

It’s time to head to the grandeur of Vienna, visiting Bratislava, Capital of Slovakia, along the way. Surrounded by mountains, vineyards, ski runs and unbridled wilderness. Bratislava is a charming city. Spot the medieval castle overlooking the old town and marvel at recent Socialist-era architecture. Next stop, the beautiful Austrian city of Vienna! Arrive and enjoy a guided walking tour of the UNESCO-credited city centre. See sights like the Hofburg Palace and St Stephen’s Cathedral. Dinner is included tonight and afterwards and choose to enjoy an orchestra performance. What could be better than experiencing music in one of the city’s concert halls?

Day 6 - Vienna - Budapest

Wave farewell to Vienna as the tour makes its way to the striking Hungarian capital of Budapest. Sitting astride the Danube River, this scenic city is known for its singular mix of Baroque, Neoclassical and Art Nouveau architecture. On arrival in Budapest, get an overview of this historic city on a driving tour, guided by a local guide. The trip will start on the Buda side of the river and include glimpses of the Houses of Parliament, St Stephen’s Basilica and more. This afternoon, enjoy free time to explore the city and all of its delights however you please. Choose to join an optional dinner cruise along the Danube this evening. It’s a memorable way to complete the day in Budapest!

Day 7 - Lake Balaton - Maribor - Ljubljana

Leave Budapest and visit an iconic holiday destination in Hungary – the beautiful Lake Balaton. With nearly 200km of shoreline, it is the largest lake in central Europe and popular summer holiday spot for locals! Next, visit Maribor in Slovenia. While here, enjoy free time for lunch. Then on to the final stop of the day, the Slovenian capital Ljubljana. It’s filled to the brim with incredible sights. There’s a fairytale castle, beautiful architecture and plenty of natural beauty! An expert local guide will lead a walking tour showcasing all the must-see attractions. Afterwards, join the optional excursion to further explore Ljubljana and to taste traditional Slovenian food before heading back to the hotel for the night.

Day 9 - Florence - Tuscany

Leaving Venice is never easy, but luckily the hills of Tuscany are calling! Marvel at the countryside as the coach travels towards Florence. On arrival, enjoy a panoramic view of the city from Piazzale Michelangelo – gorgeous! Then, take a fascinating walking tour of the city with a local guide. Learn about the history of this Renaissance city and see it’s best historical landmarks. Some of these landmarks date back to Roman times! Watch a traditional leather-making demonstration before free time this afternoon. Enjoy a traditional Italian meal at a local restaurant in Florence tonight. After exploring, travel to the Tuscan countryside for tonight’s overnight accommodation.

Day 10 - Pisa - Swiss Alps

Departing Tuscany, head for one of Europe’s most famous buildings. Make sure your camera is charged as we head to Pisa! Learn the story behind the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and be sure to take some photos! Then it’s time for a change of scenery as the tour crosses over to the Alps. Look forward to breathing in that fresh mountain air! Enjoy a scenic mountain drive and take in the beauty of the snow-capped mountains and the greenery around you. Day 11 - Swiss Alps : Free Day

Enjoy a visit to the highest train station in Europe and spend the day playing in the snow, visiting the Sphinx Observatory, exploring the ice palace, admiring the glacier views and more! Day 12 - Swiss Alps - Paris

It’s an early start today as the tour journeys out of the mountains. It’s time for the city of lights and love: Paris!
